(Athens) Annie Kennedy has joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® per Charles L. Upchurch, III, President and Broker.

"We're thrilled to have Annie on our team," said Jennifer Varnadoe, sales manager at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. "She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market".
Born and raised in Texas, Annie has a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science from Texas A & M University, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Midwestern State University. She has an impressive professional background, having won numerous sales and marketing awards for her work with Merck Human Health Division as a pharmaceutical representative and a development director. She was able to unite her entrepreneurial spirit with her dedication to sustainable agriculture and healthy food when she went on to become owner and operator of Covenant Valley Farm & Gifts, a sustainable farm, which saw her attending various conferences and meetings as a speaker.
Annie lives in Oglethorpe County and is on the Oglethorpe County Zoning Commission. She is also actively involved with several local farmers’ markets - she serves on the board of the Oconee Farmers’ Market - and is a congregate of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Her additional interests include trail running, hiking, and reading, and traveling; she is fluent in Spanish. Annie is married to Nolan Kennedy, a Delta pilot, and they have three children.
